Banks & Credit Unions

In addition to our healthcare surveys, we also provide compensation and benefits surveys for banks and credit unions. We currently provide state surveys for 42 states.

We offer the following advantages:

  • Accurate reporting of survey information
  • Results are proofread electronically and by experienced compensation analysts
  • Questionable answers are either resolved or not included in survey results and identified as did not answer
  • Results are published three weeks after completed surveys are due
  • Results are provided by weighted average in a user-friendly manner for each position

 

The results are broken out by:

  • Number of full time employees
  • Geographic areas of the state with a state map showing the different geographic areas
  • Major cities reporting five or more participants
  • A state average
  • A state average without the dominant major city which skews state results
  • The adjacent states (AS) averages. Adjacent states touch the borders of the state we are surveying
  • The national average (NA) for the position

 

We change our survey annually based on participant feedback.

At this time, we do not conduct surveys in eight states:

  • Alaska
  • Delaware
  • Hawaii
  • New Hampshire
  • North Dakota
  • South Dakota
  • Vermont
  • Wyoming
